As a Full Stack Software Engineer at Revere Labs, you will be instrumental in constructing software solutions that tackle our clients' critical questions. In this dynamic role, you will architect interfaces to empower our clients in resolving their most significant challenges.

The mission of a Full Stack Software Engineer is clear – design and build capabilities that enable users to visualize and interact with their data, meeting their analytical needs. As part of our team, you'll play a vital role at every stage of the product development and deployment lifecycle, from idea generation and user interviews to planning, design, execution, and iteration.

Your responsibilities will span from understanding user questions through interviews to collaborating on mockups with Product Designers. Subsequently, you'll tackle complex technical challenges, enabling users to explore vast datasets and comprehend each data point at a granular level. • You are a proficient front-end coder. Regardless of the frameworks you use or how you learned them, we are seeking individuals who can write clean and effective code. You should already possess proficiency in JavaScript and have a solid understanding of how web technologies work.

• You are passionate about crafting user interfaces that empower users to solve their problems.

‍

• You have a strong engineering background, preferably in fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or Physics.

‍

• Familiarity with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and other technical tools is desired.

‍

• Understanding how technical decisions impact the end-users is crucial.

‍

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages is expected.

‍

• Ability to work effectively in teams with both technical and non-technical individuals.

‍

• Skills and comfort in working in a rapidly changing environment with dynamic objectives and iteration with users.

‍

• Demonstrated ability to learn continuously, work independently, and make decisions with minimal supervision.

• Playing a crucial role in developing and maintaining the core Revere Lab products, which form the foundation for our deployments.

• Leveraging TypeScript and React extensively in our front-end development initiatives.

‍

• Utilizing Blueprint, our reusable frontend component library, to ensure consistency and efficiency in development.

‍

• Employing a combination of both open-source and internal technologies tailored to address specific challenges.

‍

• Implementing industry-standard build tooling, including Gradle, Webpack, and GitHub, to ensure robust and efficient development processes.

‍

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable code.

‍

• Conducting code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices.

‍

• Participating in the design and architecture discussions to contribute to the overall system improvement.

‍

• Staying updated on emerging technologies and recommending their adoption where relevant.

‍

• Engaging in problem-solving and troubleshooting to address issues that arise during the development lifecycle.
